Elliot  Picciotto received his education in photography at Otis Art Institute in Los Angeles. He has been a professional photographer specializing in headshots for actors and executives since 1983.  In addition to having photographed thousands of actors in over 20 years, he has written a book entitled Make-up for Photography, is well known as a retoucher, and has received numerous awards for images he has submitted to various competitions.

Elliot's daughter, Nicole, has a background in fine art and has been working as a retoucher in the studio since 1997.
